Whether it be exacting Liszt repertoire at New England Conservatory’s Jordan Hall or DJing live hybrid sets for ToUch Performance Art’s AcousticaElectronica, Danny Satori is no stranger to the pursuit of artistic expression. With over 25 years of merging his passion for musical craftsmanship with bleeding-art technology, Danny's ever-evolving sound continues to send shockwaves all over the globe.
His love of sound started at the age of four, when he laid his hands on a piano for the very first time & the rest became a dream come true. Now praised for his technical yet intuitive approach at musical improvisation, he draws his inspiration from the words of Michelangelo - “I saw the angel in the marble and carved until I set him free." Professionally, he maintains a standard in piano performance of New Music improvisations inspired by his travels around the globe & full-circle soundscape of the Universe. Filled with fleeting textures & colorful sonorations derived from his love for Scarlatti, Rachmaninov, and Debussy, he has performed his original works as a solo pianist for the Caspian Music Monday Concert Series, New Gallery Concert Series, The Chaminade Club, Jamestown Community Concert Series, The Rhode Island Philharmonic Music School, The Boston Center for the Arts, and Celebrity Series of Boston.
As a DJ/Producer, his multi-faceted blends of House Music, Global Lounge, Chill Electronica, Funk/Soul & Hip-Hop Throwbacks have made him an established performance artist in nightlife at venues such as the A.R.T.’s Club Oberon, RISE::Boston’s After-Hours Dance Club, Blade LLC, Venu Boston & Santos Party House NYC. His DJ sets have not only been top-charted on Mixcloud, but have also been featured on the Krafted Music Radio Show, Break London, Groove City Radio, The Audio Spectrum, FUSiON Radio Show, and SerenityFM. His artistic breakthrough finally came when his first debut release of 'Morning Sun' on Krafted Records made big waves in North America & the UK, with a well-complimented remix by Brazil's very own Daniel Secco. Most recently, his follow-up release of 'Atlantique' on the 'Krafted For the Moment: Vol. 1' compilation album has received worldwide support with honorable mentions on This Is Why We Dance.
